Resources for battling fatigue in the time of COVID-19

COVID-19 has fundamentally altered the way we are working. We know that in times of crisis and heightened anxiety, increased workload can compound already challenging work conditions and lead to fatigue. Now, more than ever is the time to focus on managing fatigue in our essential workers so that they can perform their jobs as safely and productively as possible while under tremendous stress.

Here at ISS, we are committed to helping by providing free and low-cost resources and solutions to those who are on the front lines fighting COVID-19.

The CDC has some fantastic free information on managing fatigue in healthcare workers during this time of crisis. https://blogs.cdc.gov/niosh-science-blog/2020/04/02/fatigue-crisis-hcw/?deliveryName=USCDC_170-DM24834
