Do you have trouble falling asleep at night? The team at THIM have a really simple solution – using a small wearable device that trains your body to fall asleep.
Research has discovered you can train your body to fall asleep sooner; if you experience the sensation of falling asleep repeatedly. When wearing THIM on your finger, the device will detect when you have fallen asleep to the nearest minute. After 3-minutes of sleep, THIM wakes you up and allows you to fall asleep again and have another 3-minute sleep. Falling asleep over again will condition your body to fall asleep sooner so you learn to fall asleep with ease.
